Those in power should respond that anti-homophobic education is not about promoting homosexuality, but about acknowledging the reality of its existence and relevance, in the same way that schools acknowledge the reality of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

This argument is similar to claiming that anti-racist teaching about racial and ethnic diversity is converting people into Native Americans or African Americans.

It is based on the humanism, freedom, equality, democracy, and human rights.Providing a safe environment for homosexual students is essential to providing a safe school environment for all students and to helping students learn and live in a society filled with diversity. Problems with Education Education is a very important aspect of the lives of all people all over the world.Education lays the foundation stone for our future.An illiterate person can find it very difficult to cope with some aspects of life.The content of education keeps pace with the needs of modern society and is a mirror of its goals, values, and priorities.The present industrial society has opened up a plenty of occupations which require people with specialized skills and knowledge.So, education is a necessary means of eradicating the unemployment problem. But we have to remember that there is a great need for the growth of the vocational education so that every person could pursue a fulfilling career that ensures a satisfied life. A gift of knowledge can bring us to the top of our dreams.It leads us to the right path and gives us a chance to have a wonderful life.A certain element of ethnocentrism will be exhibited from individuals who are homophobic and “push back” at the pro-homosexual movement.Adopting anti-homophobic policies and curricula is about student safety and students' right to a respectful and supportive learning environment.
